Hi, I’m Xinyi Lynne (pronounced Shin-yee), founder of GoldenMed and an independent licensed Medicare agent serving clients across Minnesota and beyond.
I first came to the U.S. as an exchange student from China and nearly became a data scientist. But my heart led me in a different direction—toward serving people. With a deep respect for the elderly (尊老) and a passion for empowering individuals to make confident healthcare decisions, I started GoldenMed to provide seniors with the clarity, care, and personal attention they deserve.
Whether it’s guiding someone through their first Medicare plan or offering peace of mind to a family navigating healthcare options, I’m here to help make the complex feel simple—and the unknown feel less overwhelming.

Here’s something I’ve learned from working with hundreds of incredible 65 and wiser : Nobody likes to be called “old” or “cute.”
They just want to be treated like a person—with time, patience, and deep respect for the journey they’ve lived. Just like I’m a Chinese—but that doesn’t automatically mean I’m good at math (I’m not! 😅)—we all want to be seen as individuals, not assumptions.
